1st Team Mortgage Inc. is a family-owned mortgage company specializing in integrity, honesty, and helping each borrower find the right loan for their particular situation. We offer every type of product available in the banking industry, including purchasing, refinancing, land loans, construction loans, debt consolidations, and business and commercial loans at rates that are typically .25 to .50 percent lower than those offered by the banks.

At 1st Team Mortgage Inc. we work for our customers, not for the banks. We strive to find the program that best fits our customer's needs. Many customers are unable to secure lending through a bank, not because of their credit history, but because they simply don't fit the banks' profile of an ideal borrower. Some are self-employed, others have just opened a new business, or they may need a land loan in a commercial industry. While banks often refuse loans under these circumstances, we take the time to help our customers find the program that's best for them. We're very competitive and we treat each borrower equally. All of our agents are licensed professionals, each having expertise with different types of loans. We're licensed in Ohio, Florida, and Colorado and can originate loans from those three states currently, and we have licenses in five other states pending. The philosophy behind our name comes from everyone working together as a team. We have a nice 6,000 square foot facility in Brecksville, but we frequently meet with clients in the comfort of their own homes.
